Chapter History

​

Saturday, April 8, 1989, was a beautiful day for the Oxford, MS community. This was the day Oxford Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated was chartered by 17 devoted women. Dr. Louise Rice, then Southern Regional Director, assisted by Lois Gilder, then Tennessee State Coordinator, made this day a reality for the local Deltas.
